The real estate mandate
The real estate mandate includes unlimited visits to real estate, taking video photos, multi-channel and off-market research, checking that all charges, taxes and mortgages are paid, checking for possible defects that a seller might "forget" to report to you, checking for hidden defects in appearance but also investigating the neighborhood, negotiating the price of the real estate, etc.
